About American Omelette

Charlie d'Estries American Omelette is edited by Charlie d’Estries, a 53 year old father of three whose day job is running a professional biotechnology consulting business, and by night, a writer and editor of 2 blogs.

Married for 33 years (to the same woman!) ; Charlie’s wife, Gail, and he have three beautiful children… Michael, 30… Noelle, 24…. Brielle, 19. They also give home care to Gail’s 92-year-old mother (which is interesting at times). Charlie enjoys competitive sports such as racquetball, basketball, and softball; loves to coach basketball, really enjoyed skiing (although it has been a while) and play chess. When he can, he tutors chemistry to high school students since his first love is science. His favorite beer is Red Stripe and friendliest wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon from Wolf Blass Vineyards from Australia. Plays the guitar, writes children’s stories and songs; has written a novel ‘Late Whistle ’ currently in review. Charlie is also in the process of writing a book on business called ‘Secrets of a Rug Merchant ‘. His many talents include balancing a salt shaker on its side, shooting a match out with a rubber band at five feet and has a great shot from the corner; he can speak French well, enjoys professional speaking and has a fairly outrageous sense of humor. Along with being easy to work with, he is very flexible and is much better looking in person. Charlie is looking forward to crossing paths with you.

At first I thought you had ” and is much better looking than you” and I was like…Wow Dad! You’re modest!

But I mean, you are so better looking then me so it’s OK. This site looks great. I love you!
